Spotting connections to terminals

[Excerpted from full post]

[This] is an outline of a procedure that I have been applying with spectacular success, to a number of people over the last couple of months. Here is the procedure as I originally wrote it on the DianeticR3X Yahoo list (with typos corrected):

This is a new [procedure] and has been a very consistently workable approach for me. If a PC suddenly gets restimulated and wants that restimulation handled, all he needs is to handle the PTSness aspect of it. Now PTSness implies connection to a "suppressive person". I'm talking about a non-suppressive type PTSness situation. In other words, when a person is connected to another person who is not necessarily classifiable as "a suppressive", but nevertheless causes that person enturbulation due to a "psychic connection". The proof of this "psychic bond" is that when the correct connected party is discovered and his intentions become known, the co-created somatic disappears.

This action can be considered to be an assist type process. It's a "quick fix" which addresses the restimulator in the environment in present time as opposed to handling the deeper reasons for the restimulation, like earlier traumatic events, or the propensity for being a victim.

Here's how a typical such session might go:

Auditor: How are things with you?

Pc: "I've got a head ache and I'm feeling sad.

Auditor: Okay, which of those feelings are you most interested in addressing?

Pc: the headache.

Auditor then does 2-way comm to rule out other possibilities than case, like drugs, poisons in the environment, etc.

Auditor then says: "Okay, now, on the subject of that headache feeling, I'd like for you to silently scan all the people in your environment that could possibly be connected to you regarding that headache feeling." Usually it's someone the Pc interacted with in the recent past.

The Pc does this and the auditor watches for meter reads and steers the Pc when he sees sudden reads.

So when the Pc discovers who it is that he's connected to, it should indicate to him.

Then the auditor does a 2-way comm with the Pc to find out what the mindset of the other person might be that he's connected to. If it's a headache, for instance, then there is very likely a conflict, or figuratively "butting heads" on some issue. Periodically, the auditor will ask "How does the headache feeling seem to you now?" If the correct terminal and reasoning behind the somatic is found, then the auditor ends off. The Pc should have achieved an E.P of F/N, cognition and VGIs.

If the somatic is still present, the auditor queries the Pc to make sure the feeling is the same one at the same intensity as before. If it persists whether it lessened or not, the auditor starts over with the same procedure from the start with the scanning, and continues until the somatic is resolved.

After the headache is handled, then the auditor takes up the feeling of sadness, asking how THAT is. After which the same procedure is followed for the feeling of sadness as before.

Superior to this process, though more in depth, would be a scan 4-flows of the recent past, or since the last session. In other words, rudiments R3X style.

By the way, I referred to in the procedure rather than a process because it incorporates multiple elements including assessment, steering and the R3X approach to Dianetics.

Major update

A major improvement that I made on this procedure involves part two. Instead of doing a 2-way comm with the Pc to find out what the mindset of the other person might be, what I do now is to ask the Pc to scan his past track (this lifetime, most likely) with that terminal to see if he can find the incident that might be behind the somatic he wants to handle. The auditor then watches the meter for a sudden read and then steers the Pc until it dawns on him. That incident is then handled however necessary using the tools as outlined in the R3X procedure. He may only need the before and after process, or possibly even the entire R3X procedure, or maybe something in between like R3R. The key to the success of this approach is the ability of the auditor to work with the file clerk by giving the right commands with standard TR-1. The file clerk will then present exactly what is needed to handle the case.

What I have found since that writeup is that the procedure works amazingly well on chronic somatics or any unwanted feelings, and acts as more than just a present-time key-out. This is by far the best approach I have ever used for the purpose of life repair.
